Plastic Super Intalox ring, it is an optimized industrial tower packing material that belongs to the category of random packing. The core design concept is to integrate the structural stability of traditional ring packing with the gas-liquid flow advantages of saddle packing, and achieve efficient mass and heat transfer through an improved structure.  

1.High flux and reduced pressure: The horn mouth destroys the liquid film on the surface of the packing, reducing the wall flow effect; Openings increase the channels for gas, greatly reducing the resistance (pressure drop) of gas passing through the packed bed.

2.High mass transfer efficiency: The stepped and tongue structure allows the liquid to aggregate and disperse multiple times on the surface of the packing, constantly updating the liquid film surface. At the same time, the gas turbulence intensifies, making the gas-liquid two-phase contact more complete, resulting in high mass transfer (absorption, desorption, distillation, etc.) efficiency.

3.Good anti blocking performance: The open structure makes it difficult for solid particles or polymers to remain, reducing the risk of blockage.

4.High operational flexibility: It can maintain efficient and stable performance over a wide range of gas-liquid flow rates.

5.High strength and long service life: Reasonable structural design and plastic materials (especially RPP) give it good mechanical strength, which can withstand the heavy pressure and thermal expansion and contraction of the bed.
