Plastic pall ring is made from heat resistant and chemical corrosion resistant plastics, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), reinforced polypropylene (RPP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), chloridized polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).It has features such as high free volume, low pressure drop, low mass-transfer unit height, high flooding point, uniform gas-liquid contact, small specific gravity, high mass transfer efficiency and so on, and the application temperature in media ranges from 60 to 150.For these reasons it is widely used in the packing towers in petroleum industry, chemical industry, alkali-Chloride industry, coal gas industry and environmental protection, etc.

Our Advantages

Plastic Pall ring packing has the advantages of large flux, small resistance, high separation efficiency and large operation flexibility. Under the same pressure reduction, the processing capacity can be more than 50% larger than that of Raschig ring. At the same throughput, the pressure reduction can be reduced by half, and the mass transfer efficiency can be increased by about 20%. Compared with the Raschig ring, this packing has the characteristics of large production capacity, strong resistance, and high operating flexibility. Under normal circumstances, the same pressure drop can be treated by 50%-100% larger than that of the Raschig ring. The west ring is 50%-70% smaller, and the tower height is also reduced. The use of the Pall ring can be about 20%-40% of the packing volume compared to the Laxi link.

Applications:

The plastic pall  ring random packing is suitable for carbon dioxide degassing tower, ozone contact reaction tower, etc. as contact packing and other reaction towers.
