Product Description

Metal VSP ring has the features of thin wall, large void ratio, high flowing, capacity, low pressure drop and good separation efficiency. So its application range is very wide, for drying, absorbing, cooling and regenerating tower in chemical metallurgic, coal gas and air separation industry. 

Features 

The metal VSP ring packing has characteristics of low pressure drop, high flux and high efficiency. Improved packing has lower pressure and higher mass transfer efficiency, than pall ring in the same size. In addition, improved packing has good distribution for liquids in the packing bed.

Application 

The VSP ring is applied to handle the thermal-sensitive, hard to separation and easy carbonized materials in the vacuum rectifying tower. various separation, absorption and desorption equipment, normal atmospheric pressure reduced and vacuum distillation plant, decarburization and desulfuration systems, ethyl benzene separation, and isooctane/toluene systems.
