Dia 140X100mm Honeycomb Ceramic Heat Exchanger for Fresh Air System
Honeycomb ceramic thermal storage regenerator is a high-performance ceramic product with a large number of parallel through holes and a honeycomb like shape. It is used as the core medium of a thermal storage heat exchanger, and its core function is to "store heat" and "release heat".

Brief description of working principle (taking regenerative combustion system as an example):

Thermal storage stage: High temperature exhaust gas flows through the cold honeycomb ceramic body, transferring heat to the ceramic body and being cooled before being discharged. Ceramics experience an increase in body temperature and store a large amount of thermal energy.

Reversing stage: Switch the direction of airflow through valves.

Heat release stage: ambient temperature combustion air (or gas) flows in the opposite direction through the heated honeycomb ceramic body, and the heat stored in the ceramic body is rapidly released, heating the gas to a high temperature (up to 80% -95% of the exhaust gas temperature), and then entering the furnace to participate in combustion.

Through this periodic switching (usually every few seconds to minutes), the system can maximize the recovery of sensible heat from exhaust gas, greatly improving fuel utilization efficiency.
