Product Description
Zeolite-13XHP oxygen enrichment molecular sieve are new X type molecular sieve specialized in PSA oxygen generator plant for oxygen producing with high N2 adsorption capacity and N2/O2selectivity.
And it is specially developed and designed molecular sieve for oxygen production from air with international advanced level.
Typical application of Zeolite-13XHP
1. Industrial sieve beds used for industrial oxygen concentrator in Waste water treatment field.
2.Sieve bed for oxygen concentrator in Aquaculture field for fish farming.
3. Sieve bed for oxygen concentrator 1-10L/Min in medical oxygen market.
4. Oxygen concentrator sieve bed material for ozone production filed.
Molecular sieve Type 13X can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing processes; or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes.
(1)To remove moisture from a 13X molecular sieve, a temperature of 250 -300°C is required. A properly regenerated molecular sieve
can give moisture dew points below -100°C, or mercaptan or CO2 levels below 2 ppmv.
(2)The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present, and on the conditions of the process

The product as a desiccant can not be exposed in the open air and should be stored in dry condition with air-proof package.

1.Removal of CO2 and moisture from air (air pre-purification) and other gases.
2.Separation of enriched oxygen from air.
3.Removal of mercaptans and hydrogen sulphide from natur-al gas.
