[High aeration effectiveness]: The aeration process involves bringing together water and oxygen for oxidation and dissolutions of metals and dissolution of gases. With our fine bubble disc diffuser and fine bubble tube diffuser, it makes the process more effective.
[High oxygen transfer efficiency (OTE)]: Fine bubble diffusers generally work to treat water waste through OTE. However, with our products, it helps for a more enhanced process considering its specifications.
[Energy efficient]: Fine bubble diffusers have long been introduced opposite the coarse diffusers. One of the feature of our product is its energy saving mechanism.That is, it needs lesser energy for it to work. In effect, you will benefit from energy conservation.
[System versatility]: We have fine bubble diffusers that suit to different water waste management systems. These diffusers are manufactured to ensure that it can adapt to different kinds of systems and basins that it yet to be made or are already existing. [Material efficiency]: Our diffusers are made from various material from ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM rubber), which conventional material. We also have fEPDM that has high chemical resistance.Some are also of polytetrafluoroethylene or (PTFE) to reduce fouling.
| 1. Sewage treatment Activated sludge method: In municipal sewage treatment plants and industrial wastewater treatment systems, aerators are used to provide oxygen, promote the growth and metabolism of aerobic microorganisms, and decompose organic matter in sewage. Biofilter: In a biofilter, an aerator removes ammonia nitrogen and organic matter from the water by providing oxygen to support microbial activity on the biofilm. Oxidation ditch: In the oxidation ditch system, the aerator not only provides oxygen, but also maintains the circulation of water flow through agitation to prevent sludge settlement. MBR (Membrane Bioreactor): In a membrane bioreactor, an aerator is used to provide oxygen while preventing clogging of the membrane surface through the impact of bubbles. 2. Industrial waste gas treatment Biotrickling filter tower: In a biotrickling filter tower, the aerator is used to provide oxygen, support the growth of microorganisms, and remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odorous substances in the exhaust gas. Biological filter tower: In the biological filter tower, the aerator promotes the metabolic activity of microorganisms and removes harmful substances in the exhaust gas by providing oxygen. 3. Aquaculture Oxygenation: In aquaculture ponds, aerators are used to increase dissolved oxygen in the water, improve water quality, and promote the growth of fish and shrimp. Water quality adjustment: Through aeration, the fluidity of the water body is increased, the stratification of the water body is prevented, and the water quality is improved. |
1.fix the regulator in the down of the ponds via expansion bolts
2.Install the gas pipeline into the regulator by using hoop,then adjust
3.To prevent the aeration equipment,should install the system after building works finished,then pour water into ponds.
4.To avoid leak between the pipeline and connection parts,should test the system by water in advance(water should be 10cm exceed the diffuser),then ventilate the system.
