Metal structured packing is formed from thin corrugated metallic plates or wire gauze, which at uniform geometry arranged and neatly piled in the tower.

Metal structured packing is widely used in absorption and distillation columns and chemical reactors.
It has large surface area, low pressure drop, uniform fluids, heat and mass transfer efficiency and other advantages.


Metal structured packing are available in a wide range of materials such as such as stainless steel (410, 304, 304L, 316, 316L)
,carbon steel ,aluminum, bronze and other alloy etc.

Metal mesh corrugated packing is to punch lot of diamond-shaped tiny holes at metal thin slab, diamond mesh formed on its surface rule, and then punched into corrugated shape of a filler.
 

Metal mesh corrugated packing cuts down the complex procedures of drawing wire and knitting mesh, and keeps the advantages of gauze packing and perforated plate corrugated packing, with excellent wetting ability and separation performance of wire gauze packing.
