Product Description

Product description
75% Alumina Refractory Ceramic Ball Use in Steelworks

Refractory ball usually used in shift converter and reformer in plant. Refractory ball has a lot of advantages, such as:
High strength, long use period
Chemical stability, it won't react with our materials
Good performance of resistance high temperature, resistance high temperatue up to 1900°C

Characteristics:

Heat-storage ceramic ball is featured with high strength, wear resistance, large thermal conductivity ,heat capacity, good heat storage and heat stability etc. It can pre-heat both coal gas and air to rapidly increase the combustion temperature to meet the billet heating requirement in steel rolling equipment. Furthermore, it is not easy to crack when the temperature changes sharply.

 Application:

It is especially applicable as heat storage packing of heat accumulators of air separation plants and gas heating stoves of blast furnace in steel plants.
