Instructions
1. First wash the product with tap water.
2. Generally placed in the filter:
a. Filter outside the tank - place it close to the water outlet of the filter, do not place it on the inlet end of the filter.
b. Upper filter - placed under the filter cotton and biochemical cotton in the filter.
c. Drip filter or sump filter - placed below or a few blocks behind the filter.
3. Please try to let the water in the fish tank pass through physical filtration (filter cotton or biochemical cotton filtration) before flowing through this filter material.
4. This product is a biological filter material. After the nitrifying bacteria gather and multiply in the gap and surface of the filter material, the harmful substances in the water such as nitrite and ammonia are removed.
5. It takes 2-4 weeks for nitrifying bacteria to multiply from parasitism to this filter material, because the water quality needs 2-4 weeks to reach stability, especially for new fish tanks, please do not put too many fish in when the nitrification system is not fully established.
