Liquid surface covered by the ball from polypropylene (PP) injection is made,there are two models of this product: One type as a foam float , and another is solid core of foam ball (energy-saving ball).

Use scope:
Covering ball is mainly used for covering role of liquid upper surface. Besides, covering ball used for acid-base tank which can prevent spillover and volatilizing of acid-base gas and reduce environmental pollution and save acid-base material; used in demineralized water and ensure water quality.
Applied for vartious kinds of coagulating coverage tank and demineralized water tank of horizontal type acid storage tank and water treatment , which to a great extent, reduce acid mist, oxygen and carbon dioxide from the air of water pollution to protect water quality,energy saving and environment purification.

Method of using
According to using quantity of surface are, mixing covering ball into liquid , putting covering ball in natural order, overlaying liquid surface , its edge sealed by packing material.
