Product Description

Zirconium Silicate Ceramic Beads are made of high-grade and nanometre Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) . This advanced precursor material guarantees excellent mechanical properties, outstanding wear resistance and good corrosion resistance.
This high density zirconia ceramic bead is used to achieve maximum milling results at minimum product contamination rates. This Yttrium stabilized zirconium beads suitable for vertical stirred mill, horizontal rolling ball mill, vibrating mill and all kinds of high speed wire rod pin sand mill, etc., for all kinds of requests and cross contamination of slurry and powder, wet and dry ultrafine dispersing and grinding.

The content of zirconia in the beads is approximately 65% and so it is usually called "65 Zirconium". With the advanced process of roll polishing and high temperature sintering, there will be no pore and void inside the beads. Because of medium density and hardness, it will be suitable for the grinding of materials with medium and low viscosity and it can be used in most of the grinding equipment. The small size beads are usually used as high0end ball blast for polishing and removal of flaws.
