Hiflow ring is the third generation of high performance tower packing which provides an optimal design of high mechanical stability, void fraction and superior mass transfer performance. The grid structure guarantees its opening pore ratio is greater than 50%, and bed void fraction is higher than the same specifications of pall ring, therefore, it has higher fluid flux, and its pressure drop per square meter lower 45% than pall ring. Vertical bar staggered distribution and reinforced horizontal stripe largely improve its rigidity and strength.
Hiflow ring has the characteristics of high production capacity, low pressure drop, excellent separation efficiency. It is widely used in highly efficiency of heating and mass transferring filed, air cooling tower, water cooling tower and other chemical tower packing etc.
