Ball Shape 13X Molecular Sieve for Oil & Gas Purification and Dry
The molecular sieve also named synthetic zeolite,it's a silico-aluminate multi-microporous crystal.It's a essential skeleton structure consist of silica, aluminum oxide tetrahedron, there are metal cation(like Na+,K+,Ca2+,Li+ etc.)in the lattice,to balance the excess negative charge in the crystal.According the structure of the crystal molecular sieve have those types:A-Type,X-Type,Y-Type etc

Type 13X APG molecular sieve is specially designed to co-absorb CO2 and H2O for air cryo-separation industry. It has larger capacity and faster adsoption speed for removal of CO2 and H2O to prevent the bed gelation, it is sutable for any air cryo-separation plants of any size and any types in the word.  

The molecular sieve structure has many pores with uniform pore size and neatly arranged pores,so it have large water absorption.
The molecular sieve have uniform distribution of the size for the pore,so it can play a fast drying role.
The Molecular sieve can be regenerated by high pressure or high temperature, so it has a long service life.
The molecular sieve's raw material is zeolite,so it is not easy to break.

Product Application

Removal of CO2 and moisture from air (air pre-purification) and other gases.

Separation of enriched oxygen from air. 
Removal of mercaptans and hydrogen sulphide.
Removal of mercaptans and hydrpogen sulphide from hydrocarbon liquid streams (LPG, etc.)
Catalyst protection, removal of oxygenates from hydrocarbons (olefin streams).
Removal of n-chained compositions from aromatics.
Production of bulk oxygen in PSA units.
Production of medical oxygen in small scale oxygen concentrators.


Regeneration
Molecular sieve Type 13X can be regenerated by either heating in the case of thermal swing processes; or by lowering the pressure in the case of pressure swing processes. 
To remove moisture from a 13X molecular sieve, a temperature of 250 -300°C is required. A properly regenerated molecular sieve can give moisture dew points below -100°C, or mercaptan or CO2 levels below 2 ppmv.
The outlet concentrations on a pressure swing process will depend on the gas present, and on the conditions of the process 


Size
13X - Zeolites are available in beads of 1-2 mm, (10x18 mesh) 2-3 mm, (8x12 mesh) , 2.5-5 mm, (4x8 mesh) and as powder, and in pellet 1.6", 3.2".

Attention
To avoid damp and pre-adsorption of organic before running, or must to be reactivated.
