The Covering Ball is designed based on the Hollow Ball. Compared with the Hollow Ball, the Covering Ball has a rim around its surface. And the application temperature in media range from 60ºC to 150ºC.

Liquid surface covered by the ball from polypropylene (PP) injection is made, there are two models of this product: I type as a foam float, II-type solid core of foam ball (energy-saving ball).

Application

Covering ball is mainly used for covering role of liquid upper surface. Besides, covering ball used for acid-base tank which can prevent spillover and volatilizing of acid-base gas and reduce environmental pollution and save acid-base material; used in demineralized water ,which isolate water from air and reduce the effect of CO₂, O₂, dust and impurity on demineralized water and ensure water quality.

Applied for various kinds of coagulating coverage tank and demineralized water tank of horizontal type acid storage tank and water treatment, which to a great extent , reduce acid mist, oxygen and carbon dioxide from the air of water pollution to protect water quality, energy saving and environment purification.
