Liquid surface covered by the ball from polypropylene (PP) injection is made,there are two models of this product: One type as a foam float , and another is solid core of foam ball (energy-saving ball).
The Covering Ball is designed based on the Hollow Ball. Compared with the Hollow Ball, the Covering Ball has a rim around its surface. And the application temperature in media range from 60ºC to 150ºC.
According to using quantity of surface are, mixing covering ball into liquid , putting covering ball in natural order, overlaying liquid surface , its edge sealed by packing material.
Covering ball is mainly used for covering role of liquid upper surface .Besides, Covering ball used for acid-base tank which can prevent spillover and volatilizing of acid-base gas and reduce environmental pollution and save acid-base material;used in demineralized water ,which isolate water from air and reduce the effect of CO2,O2,dust and impurity on demineralized water and ensure water quality.
