Molecular Sieve type 5A is an alkali alumino silicate; it is the calcium form of the Type A crystal structure. Type 5A has an effective pore opening of 5 angstroms (0.5 nm). It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 5 Angstrom and exclude those larger. It is especially suitable for PSA adsorber applications where it may be used for the separation of normal- and iso- paraffins (C4 to C6 species), in PSA hydrogen purification and in oxygen concentrators.

It is mainly used for drying petroleum cracking gas, olefin, refinery gas and oilfield gas. It is a desiccant for chemical industry, medicine, insulating glass and other industries.

 

Application:

1. Drying of liquid (such as ethanol).

2. Air drying in insulating glass.

3. Drying of nitrogen hydrogen mixture.

4. Drying of refrigerant.


4A molecular sieve

It is mainly used for drying natural-gas, various chemical gases and liquids, refrigerants, pharmaceuticals,electronic materials and volatile substances, ar-gon purification, and separation of me-thane and e-thane pro-pane.

Application:

1. Deep drying of air, natural-gas, hydrocarbon alkane, refrigerant and other gases and liquids

2. Preparation and purification of ar-gon

3. Static drying of electronic components and materials susceptible to moisture and deterioration

4. Used asdehydrating agent in paint, polyester, dye and coating


5A molecular sieve

The large specific surface area and polar adsorption of 5A molecular sieve achieve the deep adsorption of waterand residual am-monia. The decomposed nitrogen hydrogen mixture enters the dryer to remove residual moisture and other impurities.The purification unit adopts a double adsorption tower process. One adsorbs the dry am-monia decomposition gas, and the other desorbs the water and residual am-monia in the heating state (generally 300-350 ºC), so as to achieve the purpose of regeneration.

Application:

1. Natural-gas drying, desulfurization and CO2 removal.

2. Separation of nitrogen and oxygen,separation of nitrogen and hydrogen to produce oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen.

3. Demaxification of petroleum, separation of normal hydrocarbon from branch hydrocarbon and ring hydrocarbon.

13X molecular sieve It is mainly used for purification of feed gas of large and medium-sized air separation units.

 

Application:

It is mainly used for drying and purification of equipment, purification of feed gas of air separation unit, removal of H2O and CO2, desulfurization of liquid hydrocarbons and natural-gas (removal of hydrogen sulfide and mercaptan), and catalyst carrier.

 

13X APG It is mainly used in PSA nitrogen production process of pressurized adsorption and atmospheric desorption, with high nitrogen adsorption capacity and excellent nitrogen oxygen separation coefficient.
