Copper bubble cover plate is an earlier plate column in industrial application, and it is a more popular column type in plate column for a long period of time. The structure of the bubble cap tray is mainly composed of bubble cap (gas-liquid contact element), gas riser, overflow weir, downcomer and tray. The blister tray has many round holes on the tray plate, each hole is welded with a short tube, called a gas riser, and the tube is covered with a "cap", called a blister, and there are many strips around the blister. When working, the liquid flows from the upper tray through the downcomer to the lower tray, then flows laterally through the tray tray, and flows into the next tray; the gas rises from the lower tray into the gas riser, passes through the annular channel, and then passes through the lower tray. The strip-shaped holes of the blisters flow into the liquid layer between the blisters.
