The ceramic cascade ring packing is a kind of high-efficiency annular open-hole packing. Its height is about half of the diameter. One side of the ring has a conical flanging. There are four high holes evenly distributed on the ring wall. The structural design of the rib makes the packing mainly point contact when stacking, which not only increases the porosity of the packing, reduces the airflow resistance, but also greatly improves the gas-liquid distribution performance in the packing layer. One end of the ring is the original Raschig ring or Pall ring with a height of 1/2, and the other end is a bell mouth with a height of about 1/5 of the packing height. There are two layers of cross-shaped fins in the center, and the upper and lower layers of fins are staggered. 45° angle, suitable for carbon dioxide degassing tower, synthesis tower packing.
